Privacy Policy

Effective 5 August 2026

This page is maintained by IronPulse and explains what IronPulse stores about you, why, and the control you have over it.

Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name, username and (optionally) a profile picture.

Profile & body data you enter: age, gender, height, bodyweight history, experience level and training goal.

Training data: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes, session history, personal records, muscle ranks and focus checklists.

Security data: sign-in events, trusted device labels and two-factor status, used to protect your account.

Subscription data: plan, status, renewal dates and a store or payment-processor identifier. We never see or store your card number or store account credentials.

How we use it

To run the features you asked for: saving your training log, computing statistics, strength ranks and recovery, generating AI coaching insights, and unlocking the features included in your plan.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your training data for advertising or profiling.

Processors we rely on

Application hosting, database, authentication and file storage are provided by our cloud platform. AI coaching prompts are processed by our AI provider to generate a response. Payments are handled by the payment processor for your platform: card payments on the web, Apple for iOS purchases, Google for Android purchases.

Each processor receives only what is needed to perform its function, and processes it on our behalf.

Storage, retention and security

Your data is stored in our managed database with row-level access rules so your records are only readable by your own authenticated account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we never store them in readable form. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, training log, statistics, ranks and stored files are removed. Records we must keep for accounting or fraud prevention (such as a payment receipt reference) may be retained where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Export and account deletion are available in the app under Profile, and you can also request them by email.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

IronPulse is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Accounts require an age of 13 or older.
