Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor codes secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

IronPulse is a training log and analytics tool. Strength ranks, recovery estimates and AI coaching suggestions are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or a personalised training prescription.

Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme. Train within your ability, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You lift at your own risk.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break authentication or access other users' data, no automated scraping or load that degrades the service, no reverse engineering of paid features to bypass them, and no uploading of unlawful or infringing content (including profile pictures).

Your workouts, notes, measurements and uploads remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you, and to generate the statistics and coaching features you use.

Paid plans are covered by the separate subscription terms, which form part of these terms.

We work to keep IronPulse available and accurate, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid functionality.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or creates a risk to other users. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the privacy policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
